Delivered through Lingumi's learning app, the Basics English course consists of 120 unique lessons. The goal was to make learning English a thrilling adventure for young children. As the creative mind behind the scenes, we crafted the illustrated backgrounds that transport children to different locations, from spending a night in a museum with dinosaurs and knights to embarking on a pirate treasure hunt.
Bringing the scenes to life with animated props and characters was a highlight of the production. We ensured they seamlessly interacted with our real-life teachers, creating a blended cartoon/real-life world for children to explore.
A variety of games were designed to introduce new vocabulary and sentences. Specific AI-powered speech recognition games were used to reinforce English speaking skills and provide real-time feedback.
Collaboration was essential throughout, working closely with the teachers to structure and produce lessons that hit a particular set of learning goals. Additionally, we teamed up with a talented group of editors to ensure that all design elements harmonised with recorded footage, resulting in a cohesive and captivating experience.
